Healthcare: 125 internal (employee) hacking incidents 114 miscellaneous errors 92 lost and stolen assets

Accommodation and food services: 182 point of sale intrusions 8 incidents of a data breach that did not classify as one of the patterns defined by the report due to a lack of information 6 physical tamperings
