I'm not the only dentist in town, but I do offer a very unique dental experience.
My approach to marketing and branding has just been telling my story. I let that patient know who I am before they even set foot in our doors.
My audience started with my friends and family and then I created a Facebook business page. From there I started to record more videos that really struck a chord with people. As those videos started going out on Facebook, they naturally shared them with their friends, and that is how I gained momentum with this office.
People who had watched my story followed the transformation of the space and had gotten to know who I was, not just as a dentist, but as a person. I think that has been the single most important factor of our success in a saturated market.
